living room
High ceilings, Belizean hardwood accents and furniture, and tasteful tropical decor make the living space of Casa Valencia beautiful, bright, and comfortable.
All rooms have ceiling fans and AC units. Casa Valencia also offers wi-fi and there are three televisions with streaming capabilities.
The open floor plan provides a wonderful space for gathering for meals and entertainment. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead to the patio and pool.
Kitchen & dining
Casa Valencia offers a fully-stocked and roomy kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a wine fridge, for cooking your own meals if you want to stay in. Fresh vegetable stands and grocery stores are a short distance away (including beer and rum!) and you can buy fresh fish every day at the pier when the fisherman return.
The kitchen looks out onto the patio, pool, and canal. Besides the comfortable lounge furniture, the patio also features a brand new grill.
The dining room table is a beautiful mosaic of Belizean hardwood and features a Belizean woven runner and pottery.
master bedroom
The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, TV, closet, sliding barn door, and private bathroom. Large windows look out to the pool, the canal, and the lagoon and mountains to the west.
All the beds are extremely comfortable, with bamboo sheets and colorful boho bedding.
The master bath has a roomy shower, a hairdryer, toiletry dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and sunset-facing windows.
2nd & 3rd bedrooms
The 2nd bedroom offers a double over queen bunk bed, dresser, and TV.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser. Both additional bedrooms are at the front of the house.
The second bathroom is in the hall for the two front bedrooms to share. It also offers toiletry dispensers and a roomy open shower.
outdoor spaces
Out back you can revel in quiet beauty looking out at the mangroves, palms, and tropical pines. Myriad birds and iguanas come to visit, and you might catch a glimpse of stingrays in the canal. You can also fish for tarpon, barracuda, and snook right off the sea wall. The patio overlooks a four-foot-deep splash pool perfect for cooling off and lounging. We have multiple pool floats, and some pool toys for the kids. Unwind with a drink watching the sunset from your own private pool!
The patio has plenty of comfy seating and a propane grill with BBQ utensils for cooking up your catch.
